Constant Outages

This is the third time posting this message. I think the app “disappears” negative posts. We have had numerous outages since August of this year in Rancho Santa Margarita. When I try to call, the calls get rejected. I simply want to know if this is the “all new and exciting Cox internet” service, or the beginning of the apocalypse. I have a solution for both, but I just need to know.

Literally the same thing for us in Louisiana. Two weekends in a row and it takes them all day to fix the issue. Internet was working fine all last night and this morning. Then boom it goes out again.

I love in Oklahoma and I have had severe outages and since yesterday 9/20/25

If we do not show an outage indicated by using our app, and have concerns that cannot be resolved by rebooting the equipment.  Email at cox.help@cox.com.  We would be happy to perform some testing and look for any area-related tickets that could be affecting your service.

Absolutely looking to change carriers. Outages are out of control. Can not count on viewing any live tv
