Another unplanned outage!!

Since this past Tuesday when the planned outage began 3 hours before it was supposed to, we have had “unplanned  outages” constantly!! It has been almost impossible to work from home this week and, considering I am in the middle of cancer treatment, going into the office for meetings I need to attend has been pretty stressful and dangerous!! I pay way too much money a month for this bad of service!! All of us affected should be either given a refund or credit for the past 3 days of terrible service!!

@LatitiaS​ I sent it and have heard nothing. Still having constant outages, in fact, we are in the middle of one now that started just before 5pm and it is now 6:30. Terrible service!!!

Wi-Fi constantly going in and out. About every 5 to 10 minutes. This has been happening since last night.

Curious on what was done to assist with this matter. Please let us know something material is being done to fix the terribly outage prone service. You can only have your car break down so many times before you leave it on the side of the road.

Up voting this. The only thing consistent has been the unplanned outages. After a couple days of telling your customers the issue should be fixed around a certain time, it starts to lose its meaning. Not sure whats going on but it is very annoying.

Yeah paying $167 a month for an outage once a week is ridiculous
