Another unplanned outage!!
Since this past Tuesday when the planned outage began 3 hours before it was supposed to, we have had “unplanned outages” constantly!! It has been almost impossible to work from home this week and, considering I am in the middle of cancer treatment, going into the office for meetings I need to attend has been pretty stressful and dangerous!! I pay way too much money a month for this bad of service!! All of us affected should be either given a refund or credit for the past 3 days of terrible service!!

Wi-Fi constantly going in and out. About every 5 to 10 minutes. This has been happening since last night.

Up voting this. The only thing consistent has been the unplanned outages. After a couple days of telling your customers the issue should be fixed around a certain time, it starts to lose its meaning. Not sure whats going on but it is very annoying.

Yeah paying $167 a month for an outage once a week is ridiculous
