Email Transcript Delayed Nearly 12 Hours
Hi, I have setup our voice mail to send an email containing a transcript and an audio file to 2 email addresses: my wife's AOL email address and my gmail email address. Currently, upon receiving a voice mail my wife receives an email immediately, but my email is delayed for anywhere from 10-12 hours

Phone service with a customer-supplied router
I just purchased a ARRIS SURFboard SBG7580AC 32x8 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem/AC1750 Wi-Fi Router and found that it doesn't have a telephone jack. What do I need to continue using Cox telephone services? All help is appreciated.

How do I change the number of times the phone rings before going into voicemail?
I have the User manual version January 2017. The instructions for changing the number of rings for the Cox Voice Mail do not work for me. At times I cannot get to the phone before it rings the fourth time. One or two more rings would help. (we are disabled)
