On 2/10/18 I returned my Cox Panoramic WiFi hardware and, after confirming it's on Cox's approved list, replaced it with my personal Nighthawk modem/router. I have had no dial tone for a couple of days. Was online w/ tech support and they put a ticket in, the technician called the net day, and was told they needed to escalate further, I haven't heard anything, please help.

It sure would be nice if call history differentiated inbound versus outbound calls. Missed calls show up ok. In these modern times Cox seems to continually fall far behind.

I can block some numbers by entering *60 but some numbers cannot be blocked. WHY? e.g. I cannot block 652-365-8974. I am constantly called by this number. The Cox service confirms that I have blocked this number but I keep getting calls from it.

Well, I guess it's official. As of today, my landline no longer works. I've avoided the total inconvenience of this "upgrade" but today was informed by a chat with Cox that the reason I have no line is I haven't upgraded.
