No dial tone

Hi Rocco14, unplug all the phones in your house from the phone jacks and leave them unplugged. After 2 minutes, plug one phone back into the phone jack and check for dial tone. If there is still no dial tone, we most likely need to schedule a service call for you. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
