Is there a way to view/logout where Cox is linked?

There has to be a way, right? Like if someone had an ex who linked a Cox account to an app on their TV, how does the Cox account owner go about unlinking and logging out of said TV? Thanks, in advance.

Email transcripts

I've been in the cox tech chat for bout 10 hours over last 2 1/2 weeks. At first I had ability to get email transcripts. But about 3 hours into 10 hour chat the option was no longer there. Time to change

We have been LOYAL cox customers for over 38 years. Always paid our bill on time and the only problems we ever had was an occasional outage when it rained. Two things happen about two months ago. We had the Home Life installed (it was supposed to reduce our bill) and we were offered the "total care"

Can’t connect with tv provider or ESPN app.

why is watching recorded shows not possible without a Cloud DVR and a panoramic Wifi upgrade. I am able to stream every recorded show using Xfinity's app.

Cox Wifi app (Parental Controls)

I have been using the app for over a year with no issues. The Parental Controls option is activated for both of my kids. Last week the app began to completely block the devices assigned to each child. If I deactivate the Parental Control option for each child, their devices work. I already rebooted

Contour not keeping up

Recent episodes of many shows (e.g. Food Network) are not showing up on the list of those that can be viewed with Contour. Cox used to be pretty good at adding episodes within a day or two, but over the last month, it's been hit-or-miss.
