Cox Customer reps Should Be Trained before Supporting Paid Support

I have always watched tv on my contour app and now most of the Channels are no longer available

today my group email using "undisclosed receipients" will not send. Is shows a progress bar and acts like it is sending but it just keep going indefinitely without actually sending anything.
I am sending a group email which I have done many times in the past with "undisclosed recipients" in the To: line and my group email in the BCC line. cant log in to max
with hbo max i would select my provider, cox, and be logged in. no prob but max has no cox button logging in with cox credentials fails as well this is on a pc, in a browser, no app, no adblockers on

Anyone having trouble Streaming SECN+ through ESPN app?
Recently started having trouble streaming SECN + games through ESPN app. Other games stream fine. It is only the SECN+ games that spin for 5-10 seconds then stops. No error message. COX app for Firetv, Roku
Just watched a youtube about Xfinity in CT. offering a app for Roku and Amazon FireTV. I have been asking for this for 5 years now. COX, are we getting any closer to offering this? Cable is getting to expensive and saving on box rental could make the difference of terminating some of the programming
