Hello, Trying to cancel Peacock subscription that was signed up via Cox Contour DVR. The published instructions do not apply to my set up. I gave up on this “simple transition” from cox mail to yahoo mail. Sat on hold for hours and never got through. I am going to go with gmail tomorrow. This seamless conversion has been terrible and Cox should be ashamed.

Any new ideas? Called both companies and tried all previous ideas listed on here

This is frustrating. I see no reason why the contour box should update every single day, each time it updates it freezes my contour box/TV. I have to reset everything. Is there something wrong with the box or is this normal? I should think an update once a week would be plenty.
