No sound using Contour on some channels
In using Contour on my iPad and iPhone, I can't get a full screen shot with sound. The picture is good, but the sound cuts out after about 8 seconds. If I minimize the screen size, the sound returns. Random channels have the problem, but the one I watch most is NBC. I've talked to 3 COX tech support

Does Cox have this app, as I am not seeing it, and when I try to search it doesnt come up. I do not want to subscribe to starz through cox, as I got a great deal directly with starz.

Billing section on app

can't delete emails
Can't delete emails...am at max/2gb....one cox Customer service rep hung up on me...second call said that Cox is aware of the "can not delete" problem and is working issue (at least he knew there was a problem) ..no ETA nor did they know when the problem started...WTF...need my wife to migrate to gm

Scheduling Feature Failures
