Starz App on Contour

Does Cox have this app, as I am not seeing it, and when I try to search it doesnt come up. I do not want to subscribe to starz through cox, as I got a great deal directly with starz.

Billing section on app

Hello...for over a month when I open the Cox app and select Billing I get an error that says: We are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later. I've chatted with 2 techs and problems still exist. Has anyone had or having the issue?

can't delete emails

Can't delete emails...am at max/2gb....one cox Customer service rep hung up on me...second call said that Cox is aware of the "can not delete" problem and is working issue (at least he knew there was a problem) ..no ETA nor did they know when the problem started...WTF...need my wife to migrate to gm

Scheduling Feature Failures

Unknown Device Joined my Wifi

I received a notification that a device joined my network on a Sunday at 12:50 pm. Number for a device name and misc as device type. I googled the hostname and Apple root certificate info came up. Apple TV not working

I cannot get Apple TV to work. I've done everything, I've cleared out local storage, I've contacted support that "sent signals" and restarted my boxes several times just no luck. Crazy thing it all worked fine just a few days ago. It's driving me nuts! Any suggestions?
