Unknown Device Joined my Wifi

I received a notification that a device joined my network on a Sunday at 12:50 pm. Number for a device name and misc as device type. I googled the hostname and Apple root certificate info came up. Apple TV not working

I cannot get Apple TV to work. I've done everything, I've cleared out local storage, I've contacted support that "sent signals" and restarted my boxes several times just no luck. Crazy thing it all worked fine just a few days ago. It's driving me nuts! Any suggestions?

Apple TV not working on Contour

We've gone through all the recommended fixes including clearing the local storage. The Apple app isn't allowing us to sign in. We click on the sign in button and it tries to proceed to the next screen, but just hangs. Any suggestions?
