Replace old Gateway with new one on Panoramic App

On Saturday, I switched to Fiber with the modem CGM4331COM and returned our old one at the Cox store. I'm trying to get access now in the Panoramic app as I need to manage our devices and profiles. The representative at the store said it would take 24 hours to update, but that time has passed and the account is still showing our old Gateway. Everything is blocked in the app except for me accessing our old modem details and its only giving me the option to activate Panoramic Wifi Pods. Please advise.
