NOT WORKING THE APP FOR BILLING OR ACCOUNT INFO

I've got two Samsung phones. One has Android 10, the other Android 13. I can stream FOX News live on their app on A-13 phone but it says unauthorized on the A-10 phone. Both are logged on with my account info. Any ideas?
