Casting button Contour iPad app BROKEN

Cast button Contour iPad app BROKEN.

Top right casting button opens for split second then minimizes.

YES, I did extensive repetitive troubleshooting.

Just iPad Contour app. iPhone Contour casting button works fine.

First, please make sure you have downloaded the latest Contour App from the app store. Make sure your mobile device is on the same Wi-Fi network as your TV. Please make sure that your device is currently updated to the latest ios version.
