Contour App won’t allow me to delete shows from the old cable box

Can the Cox Panoramic App show detailed info of devices it try’s to manage.

When I look at my devices in the Cox wifi iOS app I can only see the name of the device that the app can determine. Can the app show the IP address and MAC address? It would make it a lot easier to determine which device is which. Some of the app names are cryptic and I need more device information.

Sign In Error

Paramount plus not loading

I open paramount+ Via my contour box.. It asks me to pick me profile like normal, I choose mine, then about 1/4 of the content on the screen loads, it freezes then cox exits out of the app and produces error code”APPS 04036”. The app has worked a couple times before, but was extremely extremely slow

Can't watch certain channels on Contour from home WIFI

I'm at home on home WIFI but I'm using company VPN for work. I want to have access to MLB (I subscribe), but due to licensing I need to be connected to Cox home WIFI. Fair enough, Is there a workaround that takes into account that I am at home but using VPN to connect to work?

panoramic wifi app for iphone does not work does work on ipad

I am unable to use iphone panoramic wifi app. I can use the app for my ipad. The pc version will be going away. I am unable to sign in the app says it is using login.cox.com on my iphone. I never get to enter my user info to log on.

iPad and IPhone not working with Contour new update 15.4
