Time to drop COX

Cox Internet is out AGAIN! Been with them for YEARS, now the passed few months the service is out more than it’s working. When I complain it magically comes back on suddenly. I think Cox will soon be out of business cause they apparently can’t compete. They are raising prices and lowering service!

Why would you guys shut internet down during peak gaming hours!?

Was in the middle of a competitive match. Very close to victory and internet suddenly cut out. The one time I actual try to stay up late and play. Smh. Did not receive a notification about that at all. Night is ruined.

Rate increase complaint

Mom is 92, has basic plan + Italian Channel and her bill now is $100. She’s in a senior living facility which only offers Cox. If we had a choice, we would shop for a better deal but unfortunately that is not possible. It would be nice if Cox would offer seniors (most of whom live on a tight budget)
