billing issues
I have been in the same apartment for 8 years . Internet and cable are included in rent as a technology package.
I got a bill from cox for Internet and cable for $102.
After countless frustrating chats and trips to the leasing office $90 was removed from the bill leaving a bill of $12.
when chatting with cox "again" the rep said my cable and internet is included in rent but I owe for the channel package. What part of included in rent is so hard to understand ? You can clearly see I never had a bill and suddenly I owe for December.
I went to the leasing office and they told me to contact cox. Why am I getting the run around for a issue that clearly could be fixed in less than a minute?

Cox has policed that insure a negative support experience. I feel bad for the staff. I am not yet connect get charged for days that Cox willing decided to not honor their commitment to me and not enuf staff to fix the issue. I contacted Oliver then live chat cause we can talk over phone and was told I had to text back after Cox gets it Connected before they can look at not charging me for days they choose not to connect me. Cox home of the negative experience. Can hardly wait to see what service I receive once I am actually connected I have called 4 times in 6 days over 4 hours and now have yo contact again to hs e charges removed. Yea team Cox
