I just re-signed up in September for TV and Internet. Now, in December, my bill went up $20 ($4 Internet, $16 TV). I just signed up. Shouldn't it be locked in for a year? That is what your commercials state. Or do you not take care of your existing customers, just lock in new ones?

Loyal, long time customer here ,about ready to change to another cable company. This is the 2nd month I had to call to receive my bill in the mail . Each time they tell me I have chosen paperless.
