I just attempted to follow five links from a search engine results but they all 404. 

When I signed into this forums.cox.com, it asked me to “complete registration” but my registration ... Why no explanation

I was able to access forums.cox.com, however it is requesting for me to sign in.

Hi @Anesti33

 

It may take some time for the links to resolve since we've transitioned to a different platform.  Regarding registration, if you were already registered on the community before, the new system does ask to "Complete Registration" the first time you sign in.  That should only occur once however.

Is that Oliver Chat buddy or chat assistant or whatever the hell they wanna call him does anybody else find him totally useless?  It’s almost like I feel he was put here through the DEI program. Definitely not cut out for the job but put there anyway just because.?
