Does Oliver not exist anymore?

I'm trying to find Oliver to help with quick troubleshooting however the buttons to speak to him are no longer present on the Cox website. I've tried switching browsers and disabling extensions (ad-blocks), but nothing seems to make it come back. User uploaded image The button is literally missing.
