Repeated problems with Camera on App (Apple)
I have been able to connect intermittently to the cameras on my Apple phone for the past couple months I will randomly get a camera to show up but most of the time it just says connecting but never does. I have tried everything even switching out equipment. Had service tech here at least 3 - 4 times

Home Life app won't download on Android and says it is incompatible, is there anything I can do?
I try to download the home life app again after it has not been working for a while, I uninstalled because of this, so when I go to reinstall the app on Google play it says the app is incompatible with my phone. Is there anything I can do?

Recently I can't log in to my Cox App " Unsupported User. We are sorry, multi statement accounts do not have access to the Cox app at this time." What gives? Unable to log into app
I have not been able to sign into the Cox app. I receive an error message stating technical difficulties and to try later. Later hasn’t arrived for weeks now.

WORSE CHAT SUPPORT EVER
Issues and concerns not addressed. Empathy or concessions was not provided nor was any ownership taken. The worst experience i have is always with cox and chat support. Horrible. I had moved service 4 months ago. Since then i have contacted cox on numerous occasions about the lies and broken promise

The contour app is not allowing me to watch TV shows at home even though I am connected to my home Wi-Fi network
I have searched the forum and did everything that the other people were asked to do. It worked fine last night, but it’s not working today. It is very sporadic. I never know from day to day if it will work. My iPad has been updated with the latest iPad OS. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

Clock & Weather App
Bring back the clock & weather app! That is the most useful products that you have. I hate having to look at that blank screen! It looks like the touchscreen is broken & that is what I tell people who ask where my clock is. Cox can't walk & chew gum at the same time so they take away the clock!? Unb

Cox HomeLife CLOCK on display panel
We REALLY miss the clock on the Cox HomeLife panel. We used it constantly and it made the panel so useful. We are so disappointed that it is gone. For the sake of customer satisfaction, please pay the royalty and bring it back.
