Once again- lost all my recordings.

Customer Loyalty Dept Won't Answer Phone

Will there ever be an app for smart tvs such as roku or aple tv?
Will there ever be an app to watch TV on Roku/AppleTV/Firestick or other similar platform? Other carriers have had this for some time including Comcast and Charter/Spectrum. How is it that cox hasn't done this by now? I see a few very old posts asking about it but nothing definite. Is cox working on

Homelife Crash on J7 when live feed is touched. Please help like this guy below. Thanks :)
Homelife Camera life feed causes error on Galaxy J& Polaris10 months agoRecently purchased a Samsung Galaxy J7 android phone (Verizon). web mail stop displaying e-mails since friday
my webmail for a particular e-mail address stop displaying any incoming e-mails on Friday. This e-mail on an average receives 100 e-mails daily. These a crucial e-mails and not sure what to do. I've trying to send a email to myself as a test and it doesn't display on the inbox.

APP Management
Are there ways to do and/all of the following: 1. delete an APP (e.g. ZONE-IFY) 2. reorder the APPs within a single grouping (eg entertainment) 3. reorder the APP groupings (i.e. move the entertainment group of APPS to be the first group shown) Thanks much for any help.

Equipment returned however COX is still billing me.
I returned the equipment on the 31st or march 2020 and i just got the bill today stating i owe $350 dollar as equipment charges. i returned the equipment at this store 1044 Lee Hwy Suite 10, Fairfax, VA 22030. I need help to resolve this issue please.
