Apps

There used to be several apps on the homlife screen such as weather. Now there is only the time. What happened to those other apps? Was nice to see the weather or forecast. Thanks.

In the Homelife app on the iPhone it seems like videos are being listed on the wrong date, across a date span or maybe out of order. I cannot tell. I don't know when it started. Version 10.7.0

Lately when I save a video from the Homelife app it is saved with the wrong date (but still has the correct time). This is a new issue.

Is it possible to create a Rule that changes the Homelife status to Away or Home? I'm thinking it would be nice to automate this instead of having to manually log in to the app and change it twice a day just for your work schedule.

I understand since last Aug 2019, cox no longer allows me to add a new email address to my account. In fact if I delete one of my email accounts they state I will not be able to add a new one. In there update they state this is to better server me. Sounds like a contradiction. My guess is the future

Too bad – I will greatly miss both of these apps. The clock is VERY useful and practical for display in my kitchen (no other clock available) – the weather app helps me to prepare how to dress for the day. This sounds more like a MAJOR downgrade than an enhancement. Not good!!

Both camera are saying communication error. Have tried rebooting the modem and unplugging the cameras. The lights on the cameras are not on either.

Why is there no Contour/Cox channel on Roku? Infinity and Spectrum have a Roku channel allowing one to watch cable on TV in other rooms without the need to run cable and rent a box. I suspect Cox wants to make money by charging for cable boxes instead of providing a commonly used app like many other
