Audio not working for WJAR in contour ap

When I start contour, and select “Live TV” / WJAR/NBC the audio starts for a second, then stops. The video works, but no audio. Audio on other channels seems to be working, though I haven’t checked them all.

no streaming on contour, sometimes video but no sound

streaming has just died in the last two days. was able to watch tv on computer in bedroom, have been for months with no problem. I just left Comcast/Xfinity due to a move. Their Contour App looks exactly the same as Cox, but Cox does not seem to allow watching of the DVR. Is this just not a feature of cox?
