Unable to connect to service provider (Cox) tried for 1 hour repeatedly entered user name and password that works with all other apps

The last I read was to wait for 2017 for updates. Well 2017 has come and gone and 2019 will be hear soon. You must have some good news to report by now otherwise I would start firing the people who develop the apps. Ken

I've read a lot of questions about this problem of not being able to send emails through cox while in a foreign country, but have seen no solutions. Is there one??

Your Myemail App is a complete failure for your customers. We pay way too much for your deteriorating software. I have Cox Preferred Internet service and have downloaded the cox app however, i cannot see any of the wifi hotspots listed on my phone when i check the settings. The app shows all the wifi hotspots when i open the app. Is there something special i need to do? i have watched the instructional video

Recently traveled to Canada from USA and found that I could receive Cox email (using Outlook on Win10), but I could not send. How do I prevent that from happening the next time I travel? I ended up using WebMail, but found I would have to log in to local network, navigate to Cox, log into WebMail. T

Two different phones. Launch app once, it works fine. Launch again and get a black screen. Kill the app in the app manager. Works once. Uninstall, reboot, reinstall - same thing. Works once, then black screen.Any debug logs? Ability to launch in verbose mode capturing where the hang occurs? All help

Homelife App on Samsung Note 5 has an error and cannot load the security camera video. Works fine on iPhone 7 and touch panel. App works ok for arming and disarming system. There is 6GB free storage on Note 5. Signed out of app and back in, removed and reinstalled the app, Cox tech validated setting

Pop-up saya "Uh-oh You need to add this channel" blah blah, then app drops out shortly later. MSNBC is obviously part of my cable package, I wait until the COX logo appears on home screen before selecting live TV, I have recycled app, iPad and router. IPad is within a few meters of the router.
