HomeLife app reset??

Because the app was being so glitchy and clicking on things itself, I apparently made the mistake of deleting all of the default rules set for HomeLife. Now I can't set up any multi-step rules and my Homelife is basically now useless, as I can't set the modes and it do things with the door open sensor. Is there anything I can do? I have tried uninstalling app, calling support. Really need an app reset or create a new login or something.

Hi Bamakids, Cox Homelife launched an update to the mobile app last week. Make sure that you are using the July 2018 version of the app. I believe what you referred to as "multi-step rules" are called "scenes" in the latest app update. Check out the two articles linked below, and let me know if you are able to set up the types of rules that you're looking for. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
