I use Cox Homelife security, and would like to control my system using my voice with my Amazon Echo Show. Is Cox considering enabling support for this feature?

What has happened to the Cox app? It works horribly, sorry. It used to work sorta fine, but now not at all in the section that allows you to DVR a program from your phone when you are not at home. It extremely slow to load, firstly. But the biggest problem is that it won't allow me to tape anything.
