With Cox Webmail you can change the time zone within Basic settings. Once you change the settings a reload of the page or relogin are required to take effect. To get to Basic Settings, sign into webmail and click the gear icon then click settings. Once you click Basic Settings, you should be directed to edit the time zones. Does this help you?
