Paying for preferred - only getting 9.5Mb/s

No sound via HDMI.

Incoming mail is EXTREMELY slow
Starting today my incoming mail is very slow. If I send myself a test message it takes anywhere from 20 min to an hour, or more, to be delivered. This is true whether I send the mail from my Cox account or from an outside account (Hotmail). Outgoing mail seems to be fine - I can send a test message

Pandora on Contour (Record 6 dvr). Any way to
leave Pandora on if i just want to check on my scheduled recordings? Or to look at the Guide? Right now, hitting any button on the remote takes me away from Pandora. I have to click thru the Settings and re-launch Pandora.... even if i only leave it for 5 seconds. Is this something that a Cox Forum
