Unable to use "Internet Tools" today 10/26/2015
This morning, I find I am unable to use any of my Internet Tools.
For example, when I try to access Internet Tools, I'm directed to a page trying to sell me internet, even though I'm an established customer.
When I try to manage email addresses, I get a notice saying only the account holder can access that page. (I *am* the account holder!)
When I try to check data speed, I'm given a message saying the speedtest license has expired.
When I try to check data usage, I get a message saying "this system is under maintenance". (This one may not be any big deal, since this error pops up probably once a week or so for the last couple of years with Cox, and they seem uninterested in improving on this.)
For what it's worth, I'm in Connecticut.
I guess my biggest question is whether or not this is a system outage, or something specific to me?
Thanks!

Internet Tools appear to be working again at 10:50AM EDST.
Thanks.

I can confirm what captbill posted, the website is FUBAR. I was signed in with my primary account and when on any page except webmail it says I'm null@ not even a domain name following the @ sign. Webmail seams to be working fine, when I go from any Cox page to webmail, it shows my correct e-mail address and inbox. When I go back to any other page, I get the null@ and nothing works. Cox's web development team shouldn't release this junk on it's customers!

Here is a screen capture from Cox Speed Test, again I was signed in with my primary account and when I go from here to webmail everything works without signing in again:

@ AllenP: Yes, that is the same message I see when I attempt to check speed today.
Looks like something is amiss for many of us, even though no official notice has been issued by Cox. (Pretty much normal situation on the lack of communication with customers, I think.)
