Thieves

Since when can a company charge $50 if your card declines? Or how about because the one card you authorized them to run declined because the expiration date was incorrect on their side. $25 fee. So the next day they decide to run a different card on file, that was never authorized by me and that I would not have used because there was no money in that account, 3 times over two days. And yep, charged a return payment fee on each one. Then told me to talk to my bank because my bank charged Cox a declined payment fee and cox was just passing that fee onto me. B.S. My mobile bill is supposed to be $48, in the 11 months I have had the service, I believe they billed me correctly once. I was charged for two phone lines for months, then charged $78 for just my phone when that should have been $78 for mobile and internet. There was hundreds of dollars that they owed me for everything from the cost to turn service back on even though I had made a payment big enough to cover the bill and service should of never been shut off, to the overcharging on my monthly bills to “credits” that were in pending on my account, that I actually had to make a payment for to get my phone back on. I’ve paid my bill down to $0 just to be told the next month that it’s $100 because of some random reason. The cherry on top was when the su[Edited as per community Guidelines]isor I was speaking with told me “well if you would of just paid your bill, you wouldn’t be going through this” I lost my job in February and some days felt like I had to make a choice of being homeless or paying a bill on time. That person has no idea what is happening I. My personal life and is disgustingly horrible to say that. Shame on Cox
