Cox employees are bunch of liars

To Dustin and the rest of Cox employees you promise weeks ago that you are going to give me a discount, seems to me that you only tell people what they want to hear and don't deliver to me and to everyone that was a big lie I've been waiting for weeks to hear from someone at cox to no avail, don't know why you have no respect for senior citizen most of these senior citizen fought for this country for our freedom and this is how you repay them, as soon as Xfinity comes in my neighborhood I will say goodbye to cox at least they respect asenior citizens and give discounts to senior citizens. So thanks for nothing.

@LatitiaS​ hello there, are you another employee that makes promises two cox customers and I don't keep it, I gave you all my information emails and password and still nothing's been done, quit making excuses and help customers out. You say that we are Cox family but I don't see it.
