Unscheduled household ousehold updates still happening
This is getting really crazy. I've been working with Cox tech people for weeks now to figure out why household updates are occurring outside of the scheduled time. And without notice.First we replaced my series 6 gateway router with an updated version. Still happening. Then last week my local Cox tech guy Sam suggested we replace the Contour TV box with a different one to see if that helps. We did that on Friday of last week. Still happening. Got a message in to him. Thankfully, we also have an indoor antenna so that we can watch TV. But, still, I am paying for excellent TV service and should be getting it.
Anyone else having this issue?
