TV Stops/Starts All Channels
My regular TV watching is getting pretty bad. And this is on top of the zDVR issues not being able to be played back, Why can’t Cox fix this issue? Why is it so hard to report issues. Why do they say it is not an issue when there are so many of us complaining. Cox is being paid well for its services. Time for the company to earn that money!

The vague notifications are very frustrating. Wifi works for my laptop (sometimes) but not my phone,so the Contour App is useless (same wifi?). If, as a rep told me, this was an "upgrade" period, why was that not communicated?
