Service interruptions
I live in a condo community where Cox is the contracted provider for internet and tv. Service has been consistently unreliable. For the past couple of weeks, tv and internet have had interruptions several times a day. Cox has worked to restore service in the worst instances, but the interruptions aren’t fully resolved, and the fixes often take hours. I’ve had have short tv interruptions (screen freezes and/or disappears) several times today - short but still unacceptable. Please do better.

Many of the problems in condos is related to the wiring inside the condo. There is finger pointing a lot in who pays to fix that wiring. Sometimes it's Cox, sometimes not. Are other people in your condo having issues? Is everyone having the same issue? When did the problem start and what changed around then?
