"Save" button in Account Settings not working (tried Chrome, Firefox, and IE)

Just joined the TV forum last night, and this morning, I'm trying to edit my notification settings. "Save" button does not work.  Changes I make in Settings are not "saving".  I can tell the button is not working as I click it, and it changes color, but it does not submit anything.  Tried on each tab in "Settings". Tried Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Internet Explorer 11.  Guess it's par for the course.
