Reset dvr box since upgrade

Cox did an upgrade on December 11. When I turn tv on I only got sound.  Had to manually reset dvr box to get a picture. Same thing happened today. Anyone else having this issue?  I guess I need to call cox as I am not going to reset the dvr every time I turn the tv on.

Hello. I'm so sorry this has been your experience. The DVR upgrade increased storage only and should not have impacted your service. I'd like to help.
