Does COX need to invest in network upgrades or new techs or both?
Picture quality and recordings have been deteriorating for some time and now have hit new low.
Live TV picture: Starts out blurry and takes awhile to clear up.
DVR recordings: Slow to load, jumps back to beginning at times when fast forwarding, pauses, bad sound and starting yesterday 12/16/24 recordings will not play and disappear from list. Get directed to record at a future date or directed to some place to watch show unrecorded, can’t record or pause them.
