Poor customer service by Dopathi B.

I am having trouble with only one channel channel 58 Comedy Central. It is digitized and unwatchable much of the time. I was asked to provide the serial number of the modem so they could restart the modem. I told him I could not do that. They responded with the location of the serial number. To which I responded I know where the serial number is the modem is in a location and I cannot get to because I am partially disabled. Seconds later, they ended the chat with no further discussion
