Please help me watch Copycat
I have recorded Copycat on my DVR and almost 90% of the time I get error code XRE-03091. I’ve called tech support and they said they have put in 2 tickets now but I haven’t heard anything back from Cox. I don’t understand the problem because it was recorded on 10/24/24 on my DVR boxes If I could purchase the movie, I would but that’s not an option. Please fix my issue! I’ve changed out equipment and still nothing!
