Netflix removal
Greetings: I have tried today to get this done through Cox.com chat but over an hour with 5 reps I could not resolve this. I can call tomorrow when Cox offices are open but I thought I'd try this first.
I wish to remove, unsubscribe, delete Netflix. The charge from my Cox bill is:
OTHER SERVICES
Subscriptions Billed Through Cox
Netflix $22.99
Total Other Services $22.99
How do I remove Netflix from my account?
