Making Favirites list that only shows available channels is overly complicated. Had this Contor thing for 2 days and absoutly hate the pos. It is beyond ridiculous trying to get a simple answer frim anyone at Cox. Plus they have an 8 hr work day??
POS, turning all this box, remote and cable back in to Cox. Over complicated, and I get the exact same channels on rabbit ears. This is a total joke. Going back to internet only, and paying the dxtra $20 per month for high speed.
Was duoed into switching, and was promised zi would keep the exact internet speed. They lied.
Was told I get HMO or some other free chanbel. Can't find the HMO channel
