Loss of Audio
I'm having a problem losing audio with MSNBC. Most evenings I lose audio & it always happens immediately after the SilverSea commercial when a commercial for a local (Phoenix) area business comes on. This sounds crazy I know but I have at least a dozen such events saved on my dvr. I have to reboot to get the sound back - about 12 minutes. And yes, I have tried the various audio (non) fixes with Cox personnel and they do not work. Can't keep Cox tv if this is not resolved.

Hi Ichabod, it doesn't sound crazy at all. This is the second time I've heard "Silversea" in the past few weeks, specifically regarding an audio issue after a Silversea commercial. I can imagine how frustrating this must be! I don't know what's happening, but I want to investigate so we can get this resolved. Please email cox.help@cox.com with your full name and address.
