Having to Reset TV & Internet Daily
A regular routine has developed with my COX service.I end up resetting my televisions and internet daily. They usually crash between 11:00am and after daily. I would think it’s the TV box but the internet goes out as well. I recently replaced my Internet modem but it still needs daily resetting. I am convinced the problem is outside the house where COX connects to my house. There is a device outside which I think has gone bad so to heat. The problem is that there is no way to contact local COX technician. I tried using messaging but I always get somebody from out of country!
