Fix it!
So tired of watching TV, and bam, black screen. They have come out and changed out box, modem and checked wires. Still the same. It is very frustrating, watching Netflix or YouTube, channel changes back to another station. Fix it. Can't wait for contract to be over. Going to another provider.

You mentioned changing out the modem. How would changing out the internet modem effect TV service unless you had a wireless TV box? Do you? Also, do you have multiple boxes? If so, does it effect all of them? Last, any problems with internet?
