Errors trying to access recordings

I received 2 new boxes within the past week and all of my recordings are messed up. I understand that they were all deleted when I received my first replacement box, but now with my second replacement box, some of the recordings between this one and the one before are stuck. They do not show on the TV but do show in the Contour app. I try to delete them and I get an error message Error TVAPP-00100. Will they eventually fall off or is there a way to wipe the DVR recordings? They are taking up space.

Hello. I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with those stuck recordings. I have seen some recording issues resolved after 24 hours of changing equipment, but if it's been longer than that, please email us your name and address with a link to this thread at cox.help@cox.com so we can investigate this further and assist. I emailed Cox a week ago and no reply from them, I am still seeing recordings on my app and my computer. They are taking up space. They are not showing on my receivers.
