DVR box
I had the big DVR box. It started messing up so I had to go get a new one , they gave me a new small one as he said the big ones are old. He said all I would need to do is plug it up. When I did that I keep getting that my cables could be loose and it won't do anything else! But the two cables are not loose? Any ideas?

How do you know there was something wrong with your previous DVR? If you've checked that all connections are hand tight, you could have a signal issue.
