Cox Las Vegas: Tuning adapters no longer available

I visited a Cox Store on Rancho today and was told by the rep that she could no longer add a tuning adapter to my account because there was "no code" for it. I asked if they still supported them but gave me the old "that's all my manager told me."

Do you need to swap a tuning adapter(TA) or add one? It is unusual to need to add a TA without adding a CC so there probably wasn't a script to follow. Either way, looks like Phoenix still supports them, and can't see it being that different in Vegas.

I already have a CC. I surrendered my tuning adapter when I moved a few years ago, wish now I hadn't.

Call Cox Executive Resolutions, or ask for the Loyalty Dept.
