Cox illegally ran cable across my property

Cox has illegally run cable across my property in order to get to my neighbors house. I have tried to get them to remove it but they refuse. My title and deed information does not grant any cable company access to my property.

Does anyone know how I can get this resolved?

Maybe the prior deed had easement rights. Check with your local county clerk.

Documents have been researched at the beginning 1900’s, by an attorney,  no easement privilege to anyone.

I have tried to get Cox to move it and they laugh.

If your in contact with an attorney I suggest contacting Cox's corporate office at the info below;

Customers trying to reach our Corporate Offices should call (888) 566-7751 or send an email message to: coxcorp.customerrelations@cox.com

Is the cable towards the edge of your property,. or in the center? In MOST localities, the 2 ft edge around your property is considered an easement for utilities.

Additionally, MOST cable's lying on the ground are temporary runs, awaiting an underground survey to be done, so they can run a permanent cable underground.
