Corrupt tv episode file

Tech support chat is totally useless.

There is a tv episode with no audio. Even though it’s the only thing without audio, I’ve done resets. Still bad.

it took me 20 minutes to get chat to understand that it’s a server-side issue, but it seriously doubt they’ll pass the message on.
