Constant Outages
It seems that practically every day there’s some kind of outage. We can’t seem to watch a single show or movie all the way through without the cable and internet going out. Today it rebooted our box then gave us a message saying to tighten our cable connections. Like I loosened them while watching tv? The service lately has been horrible and not worth what I pay Cox for every month. Definitely looking into alternatives because reliability is terrible.

Outage again tonight! What does it take to be able to watch an entire movie all the way through without losing service?
